Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dialer to join our team. The Dialer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers using an automated dialing system. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain professionalism, and be able to handle high call volumes efficiently.

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads.

  • Follow scripts and company policies for outbound calls.
  • Meet or exceed call, sales, and revenue targets.

  • Participate in training sessions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in cold calling or call center roles.
  • Tenacious sales attitude and persistence in making calls.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable using automated dialing systems and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Patience and ability to perform under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
