Overview

The Client Success Manager owns the client-facing relationship, post-sale, delivering superior client service through premium campaign management, relationship development, account retention & upsell activities.

In Short

  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and growth
  • Diagnosing client needs and implementing strategies to drive revenue
  • Liaising between clients and internal departments for campaign updates
  • Managing the campaign launch process from start to finish
  • Utilizing Salesforce to ensure accurate campaign information
  • Onboarding new clients with platform demos and training
  • Using data and market insights to develop tailored campaign recommendations
  • Supporting regional growth goals and being the primary contact for clients
  • Collaborating with other Account Managers for support
  • Embodying company values and contributing to team culture

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in digital media or account management
  • Self-motivated to learn about products and technology
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Outstanding computer skills including knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills, including data manipulation
  • BA/BS or graduate degree preferred
