Overview

We are seeking talented writers with Employment Value Proposition and Employer Branding experience to work on a variety of client projects.

In Short

• Contract role focused on Employer Branding and EVP.
• Create digital talent attraction concepts for recruitment.
• Develop career page web copy for client careers pages.
• Work with creative and account teams.
• Lead or participate in briefing meetings to originate creative concepts.
• Develop strategic content for various audience segments.
• Present drafts and collaborate with clients for feedback.
• Ensure alignment with project goals and client vision.
• Requires strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Internal Communications is advantageous.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of relevant writing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Journalism or Marketing.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time-management skills.
• Strong research skills and experience.
• Fluency in French is an asset.
