Documentation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Documentation Analyst will join NextGen Equipment Finance’s team to assist with lease and funding contract generation and other operational functions from the time lease documents are requested until funding occurs. This role provides ample opportunity for continued learning and growth within our quickly growing company.

In Short

• Generate live lease documentation quickly and accurately.
• Audit data, attachments, and Document Request Forms.
• Prepare funding packages for sale to lenders.
• File UCC-1 and UCC-3 financing statements.
• Update document templates upon request.
• Review executed documentation packages for accuracy.
• Compile funding checklist to advise departments.
• Manage insurance portfolio and ensure compliance.
• Follow up on post-closing items.
• Assist with title/registration requests.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of leasing life cycle and funding requirements.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-5 years experience in equipment finance or contract generation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
