Overview

The Regional Customer Relations Manager – CAM will aim to provide excellent service to customers in the region. The role holder will also take the lead at providing customer support on a daily basis. The role will interact with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers and therefore building relationships based on transparency and trust is an essential part of the role.

In Short

  • Build strong and long-term relationship with customers in the region.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and lead in migration projects.
  • Monitor and manage all core operational functions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day support and regular calls with customers.
  • Provide follow-up training for specific elements of service.
  • Log all defects and new requirements in the On Time tool.
  • Collaborate closely with supporting operation and product teams.
  • Endeavour to resolve all customer queries efficiently.
  • Ensure all People Management aspects are adhered to.
  • Identify customer needs and contribute to product development.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support roles.
  • Ability to manage operational functions effectively.
  • Experience in training and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Experience in performance management.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to report and analyze customer data.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages).
