Overview

As a European market leader in micromobility, we are experiencing a phase of strong growth. We need support to implement numerous operational improvement processes and coordinate solutions quickly.

In Short

  • You will manage and develop central operational processes across multiple areas.
  • Identify efficiency potentials and implement optimization measures in our bikesharing systems.
  • Create, analyze, and interpret KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for our Regional Operations and franchise partners.
  • Prepare management presentations and decision-making foundations.
  • Create data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with various departments (e.g., Regional Operations, Finance, Product, or our Development Teams).
  • Independently manage projects from analysis to implementation and build scalable structures and processes.
  • Implement strategic initiatives in operations while keeping timelines, milestones, and budgets in check.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, engineering, or international management.
  • Experience in process optimization and management, e.g., Lean Management.
  • Experience with agile project management methods and tools in a cross-departmental context.
  • Knowledge of budget planning, cost management, and understanding of financial reports.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and knowledge management tools (ideally JIRA/Confluence) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to challenges.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Initial professional experience in operations management is a plus.
