The Food Service Worker position at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, operating dish machines, and supporting patient care through food service.

In Short

• Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and every other weekend, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.

• Work primarily in the dishroom cleaning dishes and equipment.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms.
• Operate dish machines and trash compactors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to push trucks and carts with food and supplies.
• Experience in food service is a plus.
