Solutions Architect - Assessment & Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect will be a key member of Newsela’s Customer Solutions team, focusing on the Formative product within the Balanced Assessment Suite. This role involves aligning Formative to district assessment goals and partnering with Account Executives and Product teams to deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in K–12 education with expertise in assessment design.
• Experience in designing or supporting common or formative assessments.
• Ability to craft strategic narratives linking instructional goals to technical capabilities.
• Familiarity with standards-based grading and data literacy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital assessment platforms.
