Overview

The Marketing & Engagement Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing NYPCC’s brand and communications strategy, supporting cross-functional teams throughout the agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of social media channels.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
• Event planning and management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Interest in the non-profit field and proactive approach.
