Overview

New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America—and we’re just getting started. As a Lead Graphic Designer on our growing marketing team, you’ll get to flex your creative muscles daily, supporting both our Corporate Support Office and our builder partners across the country. Your work will help shape visual identities, elevate marketing campaigns, and ultimately, help families find their dream homes.

In Short

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• At least 2 years of mentoring experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand development and marketing design work.
• Work remotely 3 days/week, in-person 2 days/week.
• Base salary of $57,000 with biannual bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in-person two days per week in the Elmhurst, IL corporate office.
