They are currently seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead with strong Amazon experience to lead their growing creative team. In Short

• Lead a team of 2–3 designers to create high-quality design templates for Amazon listings and A+ content.
• Develop visual strategies to optimize Amazon listings for conversion.
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to align design with business goals.
• Communicate creative needs to the Project Manager for effective project coordination.
• Contribute to product marketing strategies through compelling visuals.
• Ensure high-quality, optimized listing images that improve client performance.
• Establish efficient design processes and clear systems for the team.
• Facilitate collaboration with project managers and brand teams.
• Must have hands-on experience designing for Amazon.
• Exceptional skills in Photoshop; familiarity with Canva and Figma is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combining aesthetics and performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
• Comfortable contributing to marketing discussions.
• Must be able to work EST hours.
