• IT Project Coordinator position with remote work flexibility.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by scheduling resources and materials.
• Work in a team environment with technicians and vendors.
• Provide timely updates and document project progress.
• Participate in team calls and manage work orders.
• Develop business relationships with customers.
• Minimal travel required for installations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in a project environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• IT project experience preferred.
• Strong phone skills and ability to make independent decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
