Enterprise Identity Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Enterprise Identity Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and operational management of the organization's identity and access management (IAM) solutions. This role ensures secure, efficient authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management across cloud and on-premises environments, working within a structured architecture and governance framework.

• Implement and maintain identity solutions following design principles and standards.
• Support Active Directory services and directory synchronization.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and manage Conditional Access policies.
• Configure SAML and OIDC integrations for applications.
• Implement SCIM-based user provisioning for SaaS and cloud applications.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture for design reviews and improvements.
• Develop technical documentation for configurations and workflows.
• Support incident management and troubleshooting for identity services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for identity governance.
• Stay current on identity management trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management engineering.
• Deep experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID services.
• Hands-on experience with SAML and OIDC SSO integration.
• Experience with SCIM implementations.
• Familiarity with modern authentication strategies.
• Scripting and automation experience preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred.
