In Short

• The Enterprise Applications Engineer is a full-time position.
• Assist with deployment, end user support, implementation, data migration, and training for ConnectWise software.
• Provide application support to internal users of ConnectWise.
• Assist with the rollout of ConnectWise applications to new locations.
• Maintain process and application usage documentation.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• May require working hours that overlap with AUS and US working days.
• Up to 20% travel may be required to US and international office locations.

Requirements

• Experience using the ConnectWise product suite.
• Experience with ConnectWise system administration.
• Experience with SQL Server T-SQL and .Net.
• Ability to design and build custom reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is desirable.
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct training.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-management skills.
