Overview

The Cyber Security Support Specialist Tier 2 is responsible for delivering high-quality IT technical support services, focusing on security incidents and system vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with security policies.

• Provide world-class IT support services.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a NetSec Support Specialist Tier 2.
• Ability to identify and analyze security threats.
• Experience with systems security principles.
• Technical knowledge of network hardware and protocols.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
