Head of Platform & Product - FinTech & Compliance - Remote

Overview

Neutrava is the digital investment platform for battery storage projects in Switzerland, enabling private and institutional investors to invest directly in the energy transition – transparently, securely, and profitably.

In Short

• Develop and implement platform strategy encompassing user experience, regulatory compliance, and technical partner integration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including KYC/AML processes, data protection, and investment law.
• Design and coordinate contractual architecture for investor agreements and project contracts.
• Collaborate with legal experts, payment service providers, and technical development partners.
• Select and manage external tech providers for platform development and API integration.
• Monitor and optimize existing operational processes of the platform.

Requirements

• Experience in FinTech, investment, or platform projects (startup, scale-up, or corporate).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FINMA environment, KYC/AML, data protection).
• Strong project management skills with product responsibility from conception to go-live.
• Understanding of technical platform architecture; coding knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in contract management and collaboration with legal professionals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and results orientation.
• Fluent in German and English.
