Overview

As a Senior IT Consultant, you will be the main technical resource for your team, managing associate techs, handling escalations, and providing technical support to employees across various platforms.

In Short

• Configure and support Mac OS and Windows devices in office and remote environments.
• Manage identity platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.
• Assist with network projects and deployments.
• Standardize and implement best networking practices.
• Administer various SaaS applications.
• Develop and update standards and policies.
• Build and maintain IT infrastructure for clients.
• Provide high-touch customer service.
• Act as a technical escalation point for technicians.
• Execute IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a computing related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in IT.
• Expertise in Mac OS and Windows.
• Strong networking background.
• Advanced IT Certification (Network+, Security+, etc).
• Experience with core Cloud SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc).
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and SSO.
• Ability to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, etc).
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
