Overview

As a Senior IT Consultant, you will be the main technical resource for your team, managing associate techs, handling escalations, and providing technical support to employees across various platforms.

In Short

Configure and support Mac OS and Windows devices in office and remote environments.
Manage identity platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.
Assist with network projects and deployments.
Standardize and implement best networking practices.
Administer various SaaS applications.
Develop and update standards and policies.
Build and maintain IT infrastructure for clients.
Provide high-touch customer service.
Act as a technical escalation point for technicians.
Execute IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a computing related discipline.
8+ years of experience in IT.
Expertise in Mac OS and Windows.
Strong networking background.
Advanced IT Certification (Network+, Security+, etc).
Experience with core Cloud SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc).
Experience with Azure Active Directory and SSO.
Ability to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
Knowledge of compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, etc).
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
