Overview

The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales finance function. Reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Finance, this individual contributor role will partner closely with leaders across Sales to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of creating frameworks to better evaluate the business, develop proactive solutions to help Sales leadership optimize revenue outcomes, and drive continued efficiencies to allow for reinvestment into more productive areas. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Sales finance experience required.
  • Deep understanding of P&L components and SaaS metrics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in cultivating collaborative relationships.
  • Advanced financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with agility in a fast-paced environment.
