Overview

This position involves managing financial accounting for various companies within the DigitalNativeAlliance, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with financial regulations.

In Short

• Manage financial accounting independently
• Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
• Generate monthly reports and address management queries
• Prepare and conduct payment transactions and dunning processes
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Process incoming invoices and preliminary accounting
• Support clients with invoicing in the ERP system
• Act as a contact for management, clients, and suppliers on accounting-related issues

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and/or degree, preferably as an IHK certified accountant
• Courses in bookkeeping/financial accounting
• Experience as a tax specialist or degree in business administration/finance
• At least 2 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Experience with DATEV accounting software
• High digital affinity and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Results-oriented and solution-focused
• Independent, structured, and conscientious work style
• High self-motivation, willingness to learn, and teamwork
• German proficiency at C1 level
