Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in content design and UX.
• Experience in ads is highly valuable.
• Ability to synthesize business requirements and user needs.
• Mastery of AP style with confidence to break rules when necessary.
• Critical thinking about user journeys and content flows.
• Highly collaborative, organized, and self-directed.
• Comfortable advocating for your point of view.
• Demonstrated experience in creating user-friendly content.
• Ability to work with technical partners effectively.
• Empathy for B2B audiences and a desire to find opportunities.
