QA Test Lead - Remote

Overview

Netflix is looking for an experienced QA Test Lead to join the Netflix Games Studio in delivering the next generation of video games for a worldwide audience. This role requires exceptional testing expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of mobile gaming.

In Short

• Lead and oversee the entire QA process across multiple game projects.
• Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
• Supervise and mentor a team of QA testers.
• Triage defects and issues, working closely with development teams.
• Lead live operations testing as titles release.
• Anticipate production and quality challenges.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of production and QA processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Live Service & Mobile gaming QA.
• Minimum 3 years experience leading test teams.
• Minimum 3 years of QA project management experience.
• Priority for mobile games testing experience, with exceptional iOS/Android testing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in test planning for complex features/systems.
• Expert knowledge of technical requirements, tools, and processes.
• Proven ability to work both remotely and independently.
• Passion for games with a commitment to quality.
• Bonus Skills: Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
• Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and TCM tools.
