In Short

• This role is open for remote or hybrid engineers.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams and their stakeholders.
• Design and develop new features for the team’s tools platform.
• Lead technical direction for developer experience enhancement.
• Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and reliable.
• Exceptional proficiency in programming languages, focusing on TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with design tools like Figma and Photoshop is a bonus.
• At least 4+ years of experience in software development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, building, and shipping software.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Curiosity and proactive approach to technology and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create scalable and reusable components.
• Understanding of best practices in client and server-side development.
