Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Remote

Overview

The License Clinical Social Worker supports the holistic healthcare approach by providing behavioral health services, allowing Nest to expand the care for families and ensure they have the care they need in all areas of their health.

In Short

• Responsible for supporting Nest members of all ages with behavioral health services.
• Provides initial evaluations, individual, group, and family therapy using telehealth modalities.
• Works as part of an interdisciplinary team including medical assistants and advanced practice providers.
• Conducts mental health evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Completes assessments using standardized tools and measures.
• Provides brief, solution-focused therapy in compliance with guidelines.
• Conducts crisis assessments and triage with appropriate interventions.
• Attends team huddles and case conferences to advise on behavioral health needs.
• Completes documentation for all services rendered in the electronic medical record.
• Must have a Master's degree in psychology or social science and an LCSW license.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology or social science required.
• License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) to practice in Arizona.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Experience working with children, adults, and families required.
• Experience providing mental health services remotely preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
