Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Remote

Overview

The License Clinical Social Worker supports the holistic healthcare approach by providing behavioral health services. This allows Nest to expand the care we can provide for our families and ensure they have the care they need in all areas of their health.

In Short

• Initial mental health evaluations resulting in realistic individualized treatment plans
• Complete assessments using standardized assessment/screening tools and measures
• Individual and family psychotherapy with children, adults, and families through virtual care modalities
• Provide brief, solution focused therapy in compliance with internal policies, external governing statuses and guidelines
• Crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
• Provide health education to members, care team, and practitioners within area of specialty
• Review caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services
• Attend team huddles and case conferences to advise on behavioral health needs
• Complete written documentation for all services rendered to members

Requirements

• A Master's degree in psychology or social science is required
• A license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) to practice in your state
• At least 2 years of clinical experience is required
• Experience working with children, adults, and families is required
• Experience providing mental health services remotely preferred
• Experience serving underserved populations with complex social needs preferred
• Experience working as a member of an interdisciplinary care team preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
