Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Remote

Overview

The License Clinical Social Worker supports the holistic healthcare approach by providing behavioral health services, allowing Nest to expand the care provided for families and ensure they have the care they need in all areas of their health.

In Short

• Responsible for supporting Nest members of all ages with behavioral health services.
• Conduct initial evaluations and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Utilize telehealth modalities for service delivery.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide behavioral health consultation services.
• Complete assessments using standardized tools.
• Attend team huddles and case conferences.
• Document all services rendered in the electronic medical record.
• Provide health education to members and care teams.
• Engage in crisis assessments and triage.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology or social science required.
• License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Experience working with children, adults, and families required.
• Experience providing mental health services remotely preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Experience serving underserved populations preferred.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team preferred.
• Additional state licenses a plus.
