Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Remote

Overview

The License Clinical Social Worker supports the holistic healthcare approach by providing behavioral health services. This allows Nest to expand the care we can provide for our families and ensure they have the care they need in all areas of their health.

In Short

• Responsible for supporting Nest members of all ages with behavioral health services.
• Provides initial evaluations, individual, group, and family therapy using telehealth modalities.
• Works as part of an interdisciplinary team including medical assistants and advanced practice providers.
• Conducts mental health evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides brief, solution-focused therapy in compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Conducts crisis assessments and triage with appropriate interventions.
• Attends team huddles and case conferences to advise on behavioral health needs.
• Completes written documentation for all services rendered in the electronic medical record.
• Requires a Master's degree in psychology or social science and a license in Clinical Social Work.
• Experience working with children, adults, and families is required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience providing mental health services remotely preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience serving underserved populations with complex social needs preferred.
• Experience working as a member of an interdisciplinary care team preferred.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
