Overview

The Senior React & Java Engineer will lead the technical development and support for internal web applications, playing a key role in the application development team.

In Short

Design and develop user-facing features using React JS and JavaScript.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize application front end for performance.
Integrate back-end services with the UI layer.
Design and develop RestFul APIs and microservices.
Create server-side logic using Java.
Manage databases and write efficient queries.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps.
Participate in Agile methodologies and Sprint ceremonies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in UI development using React, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS.
2+ years in Java J2EE building web applications.
2+ years of experience with related frameworks and technologies.
Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
Experience with Oracle Web logic and Tomcat.
Experience with API management and Cloud-based platforms.
Working knowledge of DevOps: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Test Driven Development and Automation.
Strong analytical skills.
