NEORIS, an EPAM Company, is seeking a senior Functional Analyst to join a strong team serving one of our most important clients in the public sector, with a focus on responsibility, cooperation, creativity, and teamwork.

In Short

• Conduct functional analyses and lead requirement gathering meetings with users.
• Plan and manage developments based on analyses, coordinating timelines with a development team of 2-3 members.
• Perform functional testing of developments, designing test plans and documenting execution.
• Model data from analyses and have advanced SQL query skills.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience planning and managing development projects from scratch.
• Ability to conduct functional analysis for multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing and managing timelines.
• Experience in data modeling and advanced SQL query handling.
• Experience in the public sector is desirable.
