• Lead governance and evolution of the Design System.
• Actively participate in strategic forums representing design discipline.
• Share knowledge through content, events, and actions reinforcing design culture.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer in complex digital products.
• Mastery of visual design principles, interaction, and scalable design systems.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technically in horizontal structures.
• Experience in environments valuing autonomy, collaboration, and collective building.
