Neo Mena Technologies is currently looking for a Senior UI/UX designer – based in Beirut to enrich their skills and grow as part of a team at the heart of digital innovation.

In Short

Lead design projects and set strategic direction for user experience and interface design.
Mentor junior designers and ensure high design quality.
Implement design of new features and interfaces across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Conduct user research and usability testing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
