Technical Lead - GenAI - Remote

Overview

This is a permanent full time remote opportunity for those based in India, where you will lead and guide development teams while working directly with clients to translate business and technical requirements into impactful applications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with LangChain and AutoGen frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Data Science techniques.
• Experience in leading software engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and design patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Empathy and strong people skills.
• Experience working directly with clients to understand technical requirements.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Big Data tools and ReactJS.
