We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a specialism in Flutter/Dart to lead the development of an innovative learning platform for healthcare professionals. In this technical leadership role, you’ll guide the team in best practices, drive innovation, and ensure high code quality in a modern, cloud-based stack.

Our client is a groundbreaking start-up spun out of a leading healthcare organization, aiming to solve the healthcare skills crisis by offering free and accessible training to healthcare workers. Their vision is to become the leading global learning platform in the sector, delivering immersive and interactive education via mobile and web applications

In Short

• Drive the development of cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter/Dart.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices and maintaining high code quality.
• Work on the backend (C# preferred, but other languages accepted with willingness to learn).
• Implement and advocate for automated testing throughout the development cycle.
• Guide architectural decisions, helping shape the technical roadmap and innovation strategy.
• Mentor and provide technical support to other engineers in a lean, high-performance team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of working experience in Flutter/Dart
• Strong experience with Flutter/Dart for mobile & web development.
• Backend development experience (C# preferred, or willingness to learn).
• Experience working with AWS (Lambdas, DynamoDB, Cognito) or a strong interest in cloud-native development.
• Deep understanding of automated testing and a passion for implementing best practices.
• Experience in leading projects, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal onboarding.
• A self-starter mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
