Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to develop early-stage prototypes and proof of concepts focused on gamification. You'll work in a small, agile team, building innovative solutions that could scale into our core consumer platform.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Innovation Team and stakeholders to turn ideas into functional prototypes.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of new applications.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas through hands-on development.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable, user-centered applications.
• Work closely with Product Management and UX Designers to refine requirements.
• Plan software releases and manage release schedules.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the system.
• Contribute to the overall technical architecture of projects.
• Adapt to a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (TypeScript/Python).
• 1+ years of experience with Flutter.
• 3+ years of experience designing data models.
• 1+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience in JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience building mobile applications and back-end APIs.
• Experience with self-testing and manual testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI-driven features.
