The Enterprise Endpoint Engineering team at NBCUniversal is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead the analysis, configuration, monitoring, and automation of the Nexthink platform, enhancing the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) through device analytics.

In Short

Design and maintain Nexthink dashboards and services.
Leverage analytics to develop device health scoring frameworks.
Implement proactive maintenance initiatives based on predictive insights.
Optimize the Nexthink platform in alignment with endpoint engineering roadmap.
Develop automation strategies for endpoint issue remediation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve endpoint visibility.
Provide technical guidance for enhancing digital employee experience.
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities for leveraging Nexthink data.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years in desktop or end-user systems engineering.
Experience with enterprise security and compliance standards.
Strong experience with Nexthink platform configuration and automation.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Deep understanding of endpoint performance monitoring.
Ability to analyze data sets and implement preventative solutions.
Familiarity with endpoint protection tools and IT compliance standards.
Experience with endpoint management platforms like Intune and SCCM.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
