Overview

NBCUniversal is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Distribution Engineering organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of broadcast and media distribution technologies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Expertise in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Advanced skills in CI/CD orchestration tools.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge.
• Skilled in scripting languages like Bash, Python, YAML, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
