Overview

The Director of Engineering, HR & Payroll Systems leads the technical delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Versant Media’s HR and Payroll systems, ensuring stability and preparing for future modernization opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP HR and payroll systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams in large enterprises.
• Deep understanding of SAP HCM and payroll processing.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP ABAP HR development.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in HR and payroll.
• Proven track record in complex transformation scenarios.
• Experience with non-ERP HR applications.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities.
