Director of Cyber Security for Sports - Remote

Overview

This Director level ISO position over our Sports groups is a critical member of the NBC Universal Cyber Security organization, responsible for executing and contributing to the Cyber Security strategy and overseeing operational engagement with key leaders across NBC Sports and Operations & Technology teams.

• Lead Cyber Security engagements for major NBC Sports events.
• Execute and contribute to the Cyber Security strategy.
• Build strong relationships with Sports organizations and leadership teams.
• Identify gaps in security controls and develop strategies.
• Communicate Cyber Security programs to business leaders.
• Understand business workflows to identify risks.
• Provide thought leadership in Cyber Security.
• Experience with security architecture across various environments.
• Partner with incident response teams for investigations.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• 12 years in Information Technology or 8 years with a Master’s degree.
• 6 years in Cyber Security leadership roles.
• 4 years in executive-facing technical engagement.
• 4 years managing projects using PM tools.
• Located within a commutable distance to Stamford, CT.
