In Short

• Design, build, and scale data pipelines across various source systems and streams.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and product managers to understand data needs.
• Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements.
• Optimize performance, cost, security, and scalability.
• Participate and lead in development sprints and retrospectives.
• Build relationships with supporting IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in data engineering.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data management fundamentals and storage principles.
• Experience building data pipelines using Python/SQL.
• Experience with cloud data engineering design patterns.
• Experience manipulating consumer data within the media industry.
• Experience with AWS Data Storage and management pipelines.
• Experience with Snowflake and Airflow.
