• Generate invoices in SAP and manage distribution to accounts payable systems.
• Process account adjustments, credit memos, and customer refunds.
• Track Accounts Receivable aging and collections.
• Perform cash application for payments received.
• Organize monthly accounting records and post daily bank deposits.
• Conduct bad debt reserve analysis quarterly.
• Support month-end close process and prepare journal entries.

Requirements

• 1+ years of accounting experience with strong analytical skills.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of general ledger functionality.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak times.
