Overview

As a Senior Product Owner in the Delivery Agility Enablement Team at TJX, you will help define and support the building of Atlassian products that enhance work flow and efficiency.

In Short

• Drive value as a voice-of-the-customer.
• Manage stakeholder needs and prioritize product backlog.

• 5+ years of experience in a technology environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Jira Cloud, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Consultative partnership with customers.
• Experience in a collaborative, matrix environment.
• Critical thinking and positive change management.
• Preferred certifications: SAFe Product Owner or CSPO.
• Experience with third-party and SaaS applications.
