In Short

• You research and qualify potential customers (Prospecting)
• You conduct outbound calls - always with clear structure and purpose
• You use tools like Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and AI-driven workflows
• You test new messaging approaches and find out what really works - always data-driven
• You work closely with the Head of Marketing, founders, and our AE team

Requirements

• You are not afraid to pick up the phone - on the contrary: you are excited about it
• You speak fluent German and are proficient in English in a work context
• You are persistent, do not give up at the first “Not interested” and keep going
• You have the drive to really develop yourself in sales - not just on the side
• You work structured, data-driven, think critically, and want to actively contribute to growth
• First experience in outbound, recruiting, or startup environments is a plus
