In Short

• Supports a healthy loan portfolio by managing delinquency.
• Contact members to understand reasons for delinquency.
• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
• Monitor accounts and recommend further action as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with collection laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with branch staff to resolve member issues.
• Research and analyze data on past due loans.
• Maintain accurate customer files and documentation.
• Demonstrate integrity, leadership, and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in collections or related role preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy and collection laws.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism and phone etiquette when working with members.
