Overview

Are you ready to conquer supermarket shelves in Germany with us? We are looking for YOU – a reliable and meticulous person to support our sales in the back office. No acquisition, you will assist our sales throughout the process and gain exciting insights into the operational daily business of a rapidly growing food start-up.

In Short

• Order management: You maintain B2B orders in our inventory management system.
• Customer contact: You respond to inquiries and complaints from existing customers.
• Invoice management: You create invoices and submit them to our trading partners.
• Data maintenance: You ensure that data in our CRM is up-to-date for a smooth ordering process.
• Process management: You proactively drive the automation of processes and ensure smooth order management.
