Requirements

• Several years of experience in procurement, logistics, or product management, ideally in FMCG, cosmetics, or health sectors.
• Experience in team leadership and building new structures.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and handling of pricing structures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and motivating working style.
