Data Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Data Operations Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership in data management and analytics for NPCA's Development team. This role will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of data systems and processes to support fundraising goals through data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in data management and business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Experience with Tableau or equivalent software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
