Medical Science Liaison - Early Cancer Detection - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a remote Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team during an exciting and critical pre-launch phase of our novel cancer diagnostic assays. The MSL will be a key scientific ambassador, responsible for establishing strong relationships with primary care and oncology experts, communicating scientific evidence, gathering field insights, supporting clinical trials and laying the foundation for a successful launch.

In Short

• Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Provide scientific and medical education on Natera’s products.
• Gather and communicate strategic insights from the field.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Product and R&D teams.
• Participate in the development of medical education and launch readiness plans.
• Support training for internal stakeholders.
• Represent Medical Affairs at key scientific conferences.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D, M.D., D.N.P.) required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Medical Science Liaison role.
• In-depth understanding of oncology and molecular diagnostics.
• Experience supporting or launching innovative diagnostic products.
• Proven ability to engage with clinical experts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and conferences.
