Overview

Natera is building a category-defining Health Systems business that moves beyond the transactional “vendor” model into a true strategic partner for leading health systems. We aim to deeply integrate into EMRs, clinical decision support tools, research pipelines, and quality improvement programs — delivering population-scale precision medicine solutions that combine genomics, clinical data, and informatics.

In Short

• Lead product management for health systems at Natera.
• Define and launch software-enabled diagnostics and data-driven clinical tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, medical, informatics, sales, and research teams.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to optimization.
• Engage with key customer stakeholders and health system executives.
• Build a team of product managers with expertise in diagnostics and software.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and business cases for new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA/CAP requirements and interoperability standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management in diagnostics or health tech.
• Experience with clinico-genomic databases and real-world data platforms.
• Strong background in bioinformatics and data science.
• Proven success in launching diagnostic products with EMR integration.
• Understanding of genomics and clinical data interoperability.
• Experience in population health and value-based care models.
• Commercial acumen to translate technical capabilities into business value.
