Overview

The Application & Document Coordinator is responsible for processing applications for various lines of business at NASBA, ensuring timely and accurate handling of documents and communication with candidates.

In Short

  • Process applications for CPA Examination Services, NASBA Licensing, and NASBA’s International Evaluation Services.
  • Handle incoming mail and match documents to applications.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customers’ personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Work in the Nashville office two days per week.
  • Participate in training and team events.
  • Ensure compliance with documented policies and procedures.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize standard office technology and specialized software.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and research skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
