Lead Software Engineer (Naptha SDK) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our platform team, focusing on the development and maintenance of Naptha's APIs and SDKs in various programming languages, most notably Python.

In Short

• Create intuitive interfaces and abstractions for users to log traces and run evaluations with Naptha.
• Design, develop, and maintain SDKs for the Naptha platform in multiple programming languages.
• Work closely with the platform engineering team to ensure SDKs align with the latest features and API updates.
• Create and maintain developer-friendly documentation and guides for each SDK.
• Implement automated testing frameworks for SDK reliability and performance.
• Provide technical support to developers using the SDKs.
• Stay updated on new programming languages and development trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in software development with expertise in multiple programming languages, especially Python and Rust.
• Experience with API development and best practices in SDK design.
• Strong understanding of different programming paradigms and environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and continuous integration.
