Associate Principal Engineer - Salesforce Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced candidate with hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect / Technical Lead for a Salesforce Platform implementation.

In Short

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions based on business requirements.
• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce features and evaluate new Salesforce products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solution architecture with business objectives.
• Oversee the integration of multiple systems for seamless user experiences.
• Mentor developers and lead technical discussions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks.
• Deliver training and enablement on Salesforce architecture.
• Ensure adherence to architecture governance processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development or solution design.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in integrating multiple systems and leading project teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages and databases.
• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and design patterns.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• Available to travel frequently to Mexico.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in DevOps practices is a plus.
• Certification in Agile methodologies like SCRUM is a plus.
